Our MIRACLE...at last!!
Many of you know how much we have prayed for a child to come into our family...Thursday night we got "the call." Valentine's Day. We went straight to the hospital to meet her. SHE IS PERFECT! I have just been beaming...Because of our past experience, we were very careful to not say anything until the birthmother signed to relinquish her parental rights. She signed this morning! She wrote us the beautiful letter as to why she picked us for her daughter...The whole experience was just amazing!! So here she is...

18.5 inches long
She is an absolute ANGEL!
We get to bring her home Tuesday and we can't wait!!!

OH Marissa---I cried when I read your post!!! She is one special little girl with parents who have waited for so long for her. If she only knew just how lucky she is.

I had been waiting for that call for too long! I just cried and cried even after we hung up! James has such a beautiful girlfriend!! Maybe our match making skills will work with them as well!! :) Love you and I can't wait to hold her!! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!

PS I can't tell you how much I love her hair! Our daughter, Skylar, had tons of dark hair that stuck straight up for the first few months. I was so sad when it started to lie flat, but I guess it's just as well. It would look strange if her hair still stuck up (she's turning two this week).
Marissa I'm crying tears of joy. The tears are just streaming down my face. What touching story. Someday I would love to hear the whole story. I'm so excited for you. Yes Miracles happen. She is a adorable a little angel sent from above. She couldn't have come to more outstanding home. From the day I meet you a long time ago. I said someday they will make perfect parents.
