Slacker mom
I feel like such a slacker mom! Sarah's birthday came and went...and not even a mention on the blog!
Things got a little intense with the holidays, and I took a little break for my lil' family. ;)
This was interesting...trying to get a photo shoot with Little Darling for her 2nd birthday.
Quite a challenge! She was just way to busy to take pictures for her silly mother.
Sarah's grandma and cousins even came to help...too much to do for her to sit still for 10 minutes!!
I was handing her candy left and right to get her to cooperate. (BTW-I love the black feet! My mom's pet peeve, but my girl's got a mind of her own!)
We had birthdays with both sides of the family. She loved opening presents. The second she was done opening one, she would say "present," looking for another one to open. Even at home, I had some of the empty gift bags on the stairs to put away...she got so excited and started yelling, "present!"
Notable things she does:
She talks constantly
I took her to her first play ("Annie" at the elementary school) Sarah got mad when they stopped dancing
She love apples and cheese
She says "TRY!" all day (she want to try herself)
If she's not saying "try," she's saying "Elmo!"
We have to put her diaper on backwards...especially for bed time
Her favorite food is french fries and an In n' Out cheeseburger
She loves to read
When we turn the corner to our house, she starts yelling, "Home! Yay!"
She gallops practically everywhere she goes
She LOVES baby dolls - gives them hugs, kisses, rocks, etc.
She has an incredible memory - she will not let you forget something if you promised it to her!
She will keep saying "thank you" over and over again, until you say "your welcome"
There are so many other funny things....but I can't quite think of them all.
